Sometimes dark and disturbing like the Grimm stories, other times new and relevant to the modern age. This is Volume 1, containing: 'The Impossible Quest of Hailing a Taxi on Christ.

Terminologies before we start to help with world building:

• There are 2 races: Lunars and Earthens.
• Lunars are basically advanced humans that grew and were adapted on the moon (or Luna). They can manipulate a person's bioelectricity to make them do their bidding or pull tricks on another's mind (basically they're psychic)
• Aside from the Lunar royalty, there exists Thaumaturges. They're basically the generals of the Queen, powerful individuals leading a group of soldiers under their disposal.
• Earthens are just your regular humans on Earth
• The story revolves around New Seoul and all Asian countries are bundled into one continent named the Eastern Commonwealth.
• There's an underlying pandemic called the Letumosis Plague. The high and average class can bypass the sickness, but the lower classes has it more rough.

Now on to the characters and their cyberpunk fairy tales:

Cinderella

Christian as Linh Cinder

• A boy with a foggy past, Chris is a cyborg living in the slums of the metropolis, his vision enhanced with biotech, an arm completely made out of synthetic plastic and wires, and walking on two feet one of which is made out of metal. He is working as one of New Seoul's skilled mechanics with his assistant android he named 'Hope'.
• Outside his job, he serves as a servant more than a stepson to his stepmother and stepsiblings doing all their requests with a grudge and a scowl.
• On the seldom nights he gets some free time, he spends time roaming the streets, drinking and picking fights just to alleviate some stress, and stealing immunity medicine from time to time
• One day, a broken down expensive android is plopped onto his worktable, its owner wearing a hoodie as if to hide himself from others.

Cyberpunk First Person

Seagull as Kaito

• At a young age, he is the heir to his late father's throne to rule the Eastern Commonwealth. His older brother was supposed to take the position, however an accident had taken his life, leaving SG to inherit instead.
• SG would love to contribute and help make the place grow but…
• Despite knowing trivial knowledge over the continent, SG has almost no clue about politics (he doesn't really care about it) nor does he know how to rule as a leader. Because of this, he is highly dependent on the council and on his royal advisor, Namjoon.
• He loves to play around with any piece of tech he can get his hands on, occasionally breaking them accidentally (or by Joon's hands as SG would say).
• Not wanting any headlines on him, he keeps a low profile and visits the slums instead whenever his tech needed fixing. He just so happens to meet a rather skilled mechanic working there.

Little Red Riding Hood

• Half Lunar, half Earthen, fully noble.
• Born from a high class Lunar mother and a wealthy Korean father, he is raised in France under both parents' agreement together with his father and grandmother.
• He is a natural model and entertainer, garnering fame and drowning in attention wherever he goes. If he needed some time to breathe, he often visits his grandma in a rural village outside the city, loving every bit of the elderly woman and her affection.
• However, one day his grandmother disappears and after several detectives and police gave up on the case, BG is pissed at the decision and decides if there's anything he wants, he should do it himself.
• He puts on a red cloak his grandmother fashioned for him (it isn't top class but BG loved the sentiment) to hide his profile from the public and begins his search for his grandmother.
• In the middle of it all, his best friend Taehyung contacts him and informs him of a street fighter that can probably help him in his search.

Tattoo as Ze'ev Wolf/Carswell Thorne

• The muscled build of a werewolf but has the charming personality of Flynn Ryder.
• He is a genetically engineered Lunar-wolf hybrid that worked as one of the Lunar Queen's special operatives.
• However after discovering some hidden truth about the royals, a sense of independence and his own self-identity, he escapes the facility and leaves the moon and down to Earth, hoping to keep a low cover and some sense of adventure among Earthens.
• After taking on a challenge fighting against local street fighters in France, he encounters a boy in a red cloak, demanding (lowkey pleading) that he must assist him in looking for someone.
• After the boy tells the name of his grandmother, Tatts finds the name familiar and agrees to the other's wishes.

Snow White

Diminie as Winter Hayle

• He is the Lunar Prince of the moon and stepson to the Queen. He is studious and loves to read a lot about life, especially life on Earth.
• Everyone (and I mean everyone) loves him due to his caring and loving nature in contrast to the Queen's nearly tyrannical reign.
• There has been concerns about Di's personality, that outside his caring attitude, he is associated with being too whimsical, too unfocused with reality, was often found with his head in the clouds with a sunny smile, saw vivid hallucinations, and bordered on mild insanity
• Turns out as a Lunar, he is born with mind manipulating powers. After saving a servant from committing suicide, he realized that his actions made their life worse by allowing them to live a life of torture being harassed by crude soldiers.
• This led to him suppressing his powers, vowing not to control others, fearing that it may cause further damages in their lives, which in turn it had surged so much within him for so long that it managed to take a part of his sanity.
• The only reason Di still continues living his bubbly and whimsical life at the castle despite his stepmom's obvious distaste and abuse towards him (Di has a claw-like scar that run down starting from underneath his right eye thanks to her), is thanks to his pet wolf and a certain 'not-so-stoic' Thaumaturge.

Ian as Jacin Clay

Cyberpunk Fairy Tail

• As expected of a powerful Lunar, he is placed as one of the Queen's Thaumaturges (the Head actually) and is currently in charge of primarily protecting the royal bloodline.
• Ian started his training at a young age and already managed to display evident power and excelled, quickly rising to the top.
• He is also aware of the ugly secrets the other Lunars of power are hiding, including conflicts and issues of the royal bloodline, but he keeps it in the darkest corners of his mind, saving it for the appropriate time.
• Though his time is mostly spent by the Queen's side, on times when Ian knows she is occupied (fully knows wherein there is no one spying on him), he often visits and even accompanies the Prince around the castle, finding satisfaction in the boy's smile and and laughter.
• Despite his status as the Queen's Head Thaumaturge and his unwavering obedience towards the monarch, Ian's true loyalties lie to the rightful heir to the throne.
